NotesMunich. In the middle of April, the ADAC Kart Academy successfully launched into the 2018 season, experiencing exciting races so far. Interested young talents can get to know the beginner series at two dates in September. On 3 and 12 September, an Experience Day will take place in Wackersdorf and Kerpen.

The concept of the ADAC Kart Academy works. Junior pilots get the opportunity for a low-priced entry into karting and, with unit karts from OTK Germany, deliver thrilling fights on the best kart racing tracks in Germany.

Anyone wishing to be part of the ADAC Kart Academy in 2019 will now have the chance to get to know the racing series better during two Experience Days. On 3 September, an Experience Day will take place directly after the season finale in Wackersdorf and on 12 September in Kerpen.

Drivers and parents will not only receive information about the junior racing series on this day, they will also be able to sniff their first race air at the same time. If you are interested, you can register for the Experience Day directly online at adac.de/motorsport.

The rules of the ADAC Kart Academy continue to be consistent in 2019. All participants start with uniform Exprit chassis and Vortex engines. Used and transported to the track by the company OTK Germany. In addition, there are uniform tires Vega.

The field of participants is limited to 25 pilots. All drivers between the ages of 12 and 14 (born 2005 to 2007), who have a DMSB license Nat. A or Int. C-junior have. Participants who are or have been permanently enrolled in a license series approved by DMSB, CIK or any other ASN (except Bambini, Rotax Max Challenge Germany or equivalent) in the current season or in any of the past years are not eligible. Double starts at events where the ADAC Kart Academy participates are also not allowed. In addition, a test ban applies to all participants from Monday before the race event on the respective track. Online enrollment for 2019 will be available from December 2018 at adac.de/motorsport.

The best riders will receive an attractive prize money totaling 15,000 in the final bill. Likewise, the champion receives an ADAC Kart Academy kart, the runner-up a Vortex DDJ engine, and the third two-pack Vega tires. In addition, there is a rookie rating for newcomers, the winner receives for his second season in the ADAC Kart Academy, the kart for free and the entry fee waived.
