The sale includes drawings, blueprints, body moulds, jigs and castings, allowing the re-manufacture of a range of Tiga Race Cars and spares for Formula Ford, Formula Ford 2000, Formula Atlantic/Pacific, Thundersports, Can-Am, Sports 2000, Formula K, IMSA and Group C cars.

There is huge potential for an entrepreneurial individual to exploit this famous, brand-name racecar manufacturer. Opportunities include manufacturing continuation of cars, in particular the very popular Sports 2000 cars.

:: Group C Tiga 286 chassis No325 - HTP registered, with an interesting history.13G triple-rotor, 475bhp Mazda engine; Hewland DGB gearbox;all suspension crack-checked and certified; new seat belts; new fuel cell; spare nose; spare wheels.

:: Group C Tiga 286 chassis No321 - 90% rebuilt. Gearbox rebuilt, checked and serviced; full crack testing with all certificates; all suspension rebuilt and re-annodised; renewed shock absorbers; freshly-rebuilt Buick engine installed; Motec Management System.

:: There is a further Group C rolling 289 chassis No371, complete with gearbox which requires completing. All the required parts are either available or can be re-manufactured from available jigs/moulds/castings.

All three of the above cars have full and complete histories and all are eligible for Group C racing. The three cars could form the basis of a competitive Group C racing team, or may be available for sale individually (please enquire).

HISTORY OF TIGA
Tiga cars were designed and built from 1974 and supplied various formulae, incvluding Formula Ford, Formula Ford 2000, Formula Atlantic/Pacific, Thundersports, Can-Am, Sports 2000, Formula K, IMSA and Group C.

The cars scored numerous wins over a 15-year period. Most notable championship wins were British Sports 2000 (1979 to `82), European Sports 2000 (1983 to `85), SCCA US National Championship (1980), Le Mans Group C (1985), World Championship Group C (1985), Daytona 24 Hours Camel Lights (1987 and `88), IMSA Camel Lights Championship (1988). Almost 400 cars were built and sold during this period.
