As part of our main title sponsorship of this event, we are delighted to take this opportunity to invite entries for the Coys Double 60. A long-distance, two-part endurance race for Pre-1966 Sports and GT cars, to be held on the competitive and popular Silverstone International circuit during the MG Live Race weekend on 10-11-12 July.

One of the most popular events on the Silverstone calendar, behind only the celebrated modern events of the Formula 1 Grand Prix and the British Touring cars, the MG Live weekend is the largest historic, one-make motoring event held at Silverstone, so not only will there be a fantastic atmosphere, but expect full grandstands too!

Coys are delighted to be given the opportunity of sponsoring this invitation endurance race. The event is a two-part race, with either two drivers taking part, with mandatory driver pit changes, or
an optional one-driver pitstop.

There will be two 55-minute races on the Saturday and Sunday of the event. The organisers have assured us - as the feature race of the meeting - that the races themselves will take place between 11am and 2pm on each day, so we are assured of an excellent time slot with practice and qualifying on Friday.

HOSPITALITY
As a competitor in the Coys Double 60, each entrant will receive driver and crew weekend tickets with two full hospitality passes at our exclusive hospitality marquee for their use throughout the weekend, with a Coys Competitor`s Club barbecue and entertainment planned for Saturday night.

ELIGIBILITY
Primarily, the grid will be for faster Sports and GT cars dating from circa 1955 to 1965. This popular racing period is sure to attract some great entries.

ENTRY FEES
The cost for this big weekend of racing will be £850, inclusive of VAT.

However, for entries received and accepted before 20 June, there is a reduction to £750, which represents great value for the track time available.
